Semitransparent organic solar cells based on sequentially processed heterojunction (SHJ) structure show a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 12.5% and an average visible transmittance (AVT) 25.4%, outperforming the BHJ counterpart (PCE = 11.8%, AVT 22.9%).
